Bicycle storage decorated with MD Expanded metal

Finding a space for your bike at Central Station in The Hague is easier thanks to the new bicycle storage at Anna van Buerenstraat. There are approximately 1,200 bicycle parking spaces available, which are even lit up at night.

The bicycle shed has an MD Expanded metal facade with unique LED lights that also illuminate the public space around the unit. We also built the new administrative unit.

To provide enough space for 1,200 bicycles, there is a two-tier parking system in the unit. Commissioned by construction company Aan de Stegge Twello, we created the entire green-colored facade with MD Expanded metal, including a rear section.
