The old office building Ceva Logistics in Willebroek (BE) is undergoing a complete revitalization in order to be ready for the future. Metadecor has thought along with the architect in the design of the facade from the start of the project. We deliver our products directly to the client in order to optimize the process and eliminate risks earlier.

MD LABEL FACADE CLADDING

We will provide the current facade of the Ceva Logistics office building in Willebroek with MD Lamel made of white powder-coated aluminum all around. The slats consist of a special profile in which an elegant way of fixing has been designed. From the inside, the view of the attachment is minimal and nothing is visible from the outside. The distance between the existing facade and MD slats varies between 600mm and 1400mm. We make grid panels in between to enable maintenance behind the facade.

FACADE CLADDING SERVES AS SUN SHADE

For each floor, the facade is staggered in relation to each other, the resulting openings are closed by aluminum MD Flack panels. The MD Lamel facade is designed as static sun protection that contributes to the climate control of the building. We supply the complete steel substructure, which consists of fins as exhibitors between the secondary facade and the concrete facade. The appearance of the building has also been increased by extending the facade cladding further than the existing building. Architecturally, the proportions of the silhouette become stronger in relation to the surrounding buildings. An additional advantage of this construction is that an outdoor terrace has been created on two floors. We also realize various roof structures from MD Expanded metal on the Ceva Logistics office building in Willebroek.

AS A CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE TO THE CONSTRUCTION SITE

All the products we supply come to the construction site and are labeled in a certain way to speed up the assembly process. This minimizes the lead time on the building board.
