MD Lamel Façade Cladding

Metadecor realized several building parts for this project on behalf of De Vries en Verburg. We clad the parking garage with an MD Lamel façade made of the sustainable material Nobelwood. The slats have been treated and preserved. The façade consists of completely prefabricated elements, which made installation efficient.

In addition to the façades for the parking garage and the office, Metadecor provided the substructure for the Solar façade panels and the beam cladding under the atrium glass roof. These beam coverings have micro-perforations and acoustic insulation, which contributes to optimal acoustics in this space.

Architect Cepezed's design is certified with a BREEAM-NL Outstanding label, meaning the building meets the highest sustainability standards and fits in with Fugro's 'net-zero 2035' ambition.
