Up Mountain is an apartment building with exclusive apartments and a parking garage, built on top of the renovation of the former Hudson's Bay. Metadecor will make the outer ceiling of the spoiler on the sixth floor, consisting of MD Design perforation with the pattern group DE110. This means that the pattern consists of one hole shape and one hole size. We will fix the panels invisibly with our MD Resto fixing system. We finish the spoiler with an MD Flack roof edge cladding. Both Metadecor products are anodized in a beautiful champagne colour, which also matches the underlying shop building and parking garage.

Shop and parking garage

Metadecor also contributed to the underlying retail property and parking garage in 2018. We designed four types of facades in collaboration with the architect. The store is a real eye-catcher thanks to the use of MD Formatura, MD Expanded Metal, MD Flack and MD Shapes. Panels with MD Design perforation have been placed on the ceiling at the balcony. On the roof there is a superstructure made of MD Flack and MD Expanded metal to hide the cooling installation from the view. The parking garage is covered with MD Formatura to create sufficient ventilation in the garage. Finally, we lined the ramp in the garage with MD Flack.
